Z: 제주는 기본적으로 제주가 가진 강점을 바탕으로 제주에 워케이션을 오는 기업인들을 지원하고 있다.
일명 기업형 워케이션이라고, 우선 제주에서 일과 휴식을 병행한 후 기회가 되면 기업의 비즈니스도 유치하고자 한다.
Jeju basically supports businessmen who come to Jeju for work based on Jeju's strengths such as Jeju’s natural beauty.
It is a so-called corporate-type workation campaign, and first of all, take a break from work in Jeju and then attract businesses if it has the opportunity.
A: 여기에 배움고 결합된 런케이션 역시 파생되어 진행 중이다.
In addition to this, the launch combined with learning is also derived and in progress.
Z: 그렇다. 기업형 워케이션 외에 런케이션 역시 활발하게 진행중이다.
제주 워케이션 프로젝트형 바우처가 신설되고 전용 브랜드도 구축될 예정이다.

A: 워케이션을 하는 기업인들을 대상으로 다양한 지원들이 있는 것으로 알고 있다.

Z: 기업 규모별 맞춤형 인센티브를 제공하고 있다. 그리고 지방자치단체 최초로 ESG 평가 인증 시스템 도입한다. 이를 통해 국내 워케이션 선도지역으로 입지를 다진다.
해외 기업과 디지털 유목민 유치로 글로벌 워케이션 거점으로도 도약할 예정이다.
It provides customized incentives for each company size. And for the first time in local governments, the ESG evaluation and certification system will be introduced. Through this, it will establish its position as a leading region for domestic operations.

A: 워케이션에 참여하는 기업에게 바우처 형태로 지원을 한 것으로 알고 있다. As far as I know, we provided support in the form of vouchers to companies participating in the campaign.
Z: 민간 워케이션의 활성화를 위해서 개편한다. 공간 자생력을 키워주기 위해서 기존 개별형 바우처를 개편하고 프로젝트형 바우처가 신설된다. 개별형 바우처는 이용자 수요를 반영해서 항공권을 새롭게 지원 항목에 포함시켰다. It will be reorganized to revitalize private applications.
In order to increase the self-sustainability of the space, the existing individual vouchers will be reorganized and project-type vouchers will be newly established.

A: 얼마까지 지원이 가능한가요? Up to how long can I apply?
Z: 1인당 30만원 한도에서 항공권과 숙박비, 여가비가 실비로 지급된다. Flight tickets, accommodation and leisure expenses are paid as actual expenses up to 300,000 won per person.
A: 그럼 신규 프로젝트형 바우처는 어떻게 지원되는 사업인가요? Then how is the new project-type voucher supported?
Z: 신규 프로젝트형 바우처는 중소기업간 정기적인 교류활성화를 위해서 민간 파트너사와 협력을 통해서 지원한다. 민간 오피스가 특정 산업군 기업 유치부터 프로그램과 시설 특화까지 주도적으로 기획할 수 있도록 지원하는 방식이다.
New project-type vouchers are supported through cooperation with private partners to promote regular exchanges between SMEs. It is a method of supporting private offices to take the lead in planning from attracting companies in specific industries to specializing in programs and facilities.
A: ESG 인증 시스템 도입에 대해서도 설명해 달라.

Z: 전국 지자체 중 처음으로 기업 평가에 가점이 부여되는 제주도 특화 인증 ESG 평가 인증 시스템이 도입된다. 기업의 워케이션 참여 가치를 높이게 될 것이다.
이외에도 워케이션 서비스의 품질 향상과 신뢰도 제고를 위해서 전용 브랜드가 개발된다.
시설 인증제도 도입된다. 민간 파트너사에 대한 공간과 운영 컨설팅이 진행될 예정이다.
해외 기업과 디지털노마드 유치와 공공오피스 내 다양한 기업 프로모션도 추진된다.

A: 제주만의 특화된 워케이션 정책으로 기업과 상생하는 환경을 조성해 나가고 있군요.
