조성원가가 130억원 정도이고 감정평가액은 이보다 더 훨씬 많을 것으로 추정된다.

제주도청이 무상양여한 토지라는 점에서 민감한 사항이다.
제주특별법에 따라 사업 시행자가 무상양여 토지를 매각할 시에는 도지사와 협의를 해야하기 때문이다.
