Z: 제주지역의 주력산업은 관광과 1차산업 그리고 그린에너지와 청정바이오, AI와 디지털 기술을 기반으로 하는 에너지 및 AI&디지털 대전환에 중점을 두고 있다.
제주도청은 이를 실현하기 위해서 매년 제주 라이즈 추진 기반 구축사업 수립하여 5대 프로젝트 및 세부 8개 단위과제를 추진하고 있다.
The main industry in Jeju focuses on tourism and primary industries, green energy and clean bio, and energy and AI& digital transformation based on AI and digital technologies.
In order to realize this, the Jeju Provincial Government has established a foundation for the promotion of Jeju Rise every year and is promoting five major projects and eight detailed unit tasks.
A: 5가지 프로젝트에 대해서 설명해 달라. Please explain about the five projects.
Z: RISE는 교육과 연계된 정책이다.
따라서 1) 지속가능한 핵심인재 육성을 비롯해서
2) 지역 산학연의 네트워킹과 성장
3) J-Biz 캠퍼스 창업센터 육성과 4) 평생교육배움터
그리고 5) 지역사회 혁신 신 협력 사업이다.
RISE is a policy linked to education.
Therefore, 1) including fostering sustainable key talents
2) Networking and Growth of Regional Industry-Academic Cooperation
3) J-Biz Campus Start-up Center Development Division
4) Lifelong Education Learning Center
And 5) it is a new cooperation project for community innovation.
A: 이 5가지 프로젝트와 더부러 세부적으로 추진하는 단위과제들도 소개해 달라.
Please also introduce these five projects and the unit projects you are pushing in more detail.
Z: 인재육성을 위해서 현장맞춤형 핵심인재 양성에 110억원의 예산이 투입된다.
그리고 제주지역 정주 해외인재를 유치하고 양성에도 힘슨다.
전략산업 생태계 육성과 미래혁신역량 강화 사업에도 96억원의 예산이 투자된다.
A budget of 11 billion won will be spent on fostering key talents tailored to the field to foster human resources.
In addition, it is difficult to attract and nurture overseas talents in Jeongju, Jeju.
A budget of 9.6 billion won will also be invested in projects to foster strategic industry ecosystems and strengthen future innovation capabilities.
A: RISE 기본계획이 수립되었다. 그러면 앞으로의 절차는 어떻게 되는가?
The RISE basic plan has been established. Then what will be the future procedures?
Z: 우선 중앙정부 차원의 지역별 국고보조금을 확정시킨다. 일종의 인센티브를 받는 것이다.
그리고 사업비에 대한 기본계획을 재확정하게 된다.
그리고 제주 라이즈센터 부설기관 설립과 사업을 수행할 대학교를 공모해서 선정할 계획이다.
그러면 3월부터 라이즈 1차년도 사업이 추진된다.
First, the central government will determine regional government subsidies. It's a kind of incentive.
And the basic plan for the project cost will be re-confirmed.
And it plans to contest and select universities to establish and carry out the project of the Jeju Rise Center.
Then, the first year of Rise project will be promoted from March.
A: 제주의 RISE 기본계획이 수립된 만큼, 지역의 대학과 기관, 산업계가 같이 협력해서 제주내 대학교의 경쟁력이 제고되고, 동반 성장할 수 있기를 기대해 본다.
As Jeju's RISE basic plan has been established, we hope that local universities, institutions, and industries can cooperate together to enhance the competitiveness of universities in Jeju and grow together.
