Z: 제주관광공사와 제주에너지공사는 2024년 10월 10일부터 이틀간 동복의 북촌 풍력발전단지에서 RE100캠핑을 진행했다.
Jeju Tourism Organization and Jeju Energy Corporation held RE100 camping at Bukchon Wind Farm in Dongbok for two days from October 10, 2024.
A: 에너지를 담당하는 에너지공사와 관광을 책임지는 제주관광공사가 힘을 합한 것이군요.
The Korea Energy Corporation, which is in charge of renewable energy, and the Jeju Tourism Organization, which is in charge of tourism, have joined forces.
Z: 이번 행사는 2024년 4월 제주의 2035 탄소중립 비전 달성을 위한 에너지대전환 정책과 연계한 것이다. 이를 위해서 제주 도내 17개 공공기관 협력 네트워크 구축 업무협약을 맺은바 있는데 이에 대한 후속조치라고 할 수 있다.
This event is in line with Jeju's energy conversion policy to achieve its 2035 carbon neutrality vision in April 2024.
To this end, 17 public organizations signed an agreement to establish a network of cooperation between 17 public institutions in Jeju Island, which can be said to be a follow-up measure.
A: RE100은 Renewable Electricity를 사용하는 것으로 그럼 캠핑에서 신재생 전기만 사용한다는 의미겠네요.

Z: RE100캠핑은 제주 탄소중립 정책 중 핵심 아이템인 재생에너지를 제주의 자연과 함께할 수 있는 캠핑 콘텐츠로 보다 쉽게 대중들에게 알리고 재생에너지의 중요성, 청정 제주자연 보전과 공존을 위한 인식과 참여를 높이기 위해서 기획된 것이다.
RE100 Camping is designed to make it easier for the public to know renewable energy, a key item in Jeju's carbon neutrality policy, as a camping content that can be shared with Jeju's nature,
and to increase awareness and participation in the importance of renewable energy and clean Jeju nature conservation and coexistence.
A: 그렇군요. 그리고 재생에너지를 활용한 체류형 여행콘텐츠로는 전국 최초 사례이군요.
RE100이라는게 전력량의 100%를 재생에너지 전력으로 대체하는 것이잖아요.
