Z: 제주도청과 제주대학교는 제주지역혁신플랫폼을 중심으로 대학 혁신과 기업 기술개발과 연구 지원 등 지자체-대학-기업 3자간 협업체계를 강화해서 지역 혁신 인재를 양성해 나가고 있다.
Jeju Provincial Government and Jeju National University are cultivating local innovation talents by strengthening the collaboration system between local governments, universities, and companies, including university innovation, corporate technology development, and research support, centering on the Jeju Regional Innovation Platform.
A: 대학혁신을 위한 프로그램으로는 어떤 것들이 있죠?
What are some programs for university innovation?
Z: 공유대학, 융합전공 교육프로그램 운영, 교육과정 개편 등이 있다.
제주대학교가 총괄 중심대학으로 참여하고 그 외 제주관광대학교와 제주한라대가 참여대학으로 협업하고 있다.
여기에 제주도교육청, 제주국제자유도시개발센터, 제주테크노파크 등 61개 기관이 RIS에 동참하고 있다.
There are sharing curriculum of universities, convergence major education pg, and curriculum reorganization.
Jeju National University is participating into this plaform as a general and also central university, and Jeju National University of Tourism and Jeju National University are collaborating as participating universities.
In addition, 61 institutions, including the Jeju Provincial Office of Education, the Jeju Free International City Development Center, and Jeju Techno Park, are participating in the RIS.

Z: 제주도청은 핵심 분야별 전담팀을 통해서 세부 과제를 발굴했다.
청정바이오 분야의 경우, ‘그린-레드-해양 바이오’중심의 청정바이오 산업 인재 육성을 기본 방향으로 설정해서 사업이 추진되고 있다.
그린에너지분야는 신재생-수소-분산에너지 분야 융합과정 신설, 그리고 현장인력에서의 고급인력에 대한 수요를 맞추기 위해 균형잡힌 인재양성을 목표로 하고 있다.
The Jeju Provincial Government discovered detailed tasks through a team dedicated to each key field.
In the case of the clean bio sector, the project is being promoted by setting the basic direction of fostering clean bio industry talents centered on 'Green-Red-Ocean Bio'.
The green energy sector aims to create a new convergence course in the field of renewable-hydrogen-distributed energy, and to cultivate balanced human resources to meet the demand for high-quality human resources in field personnel.
A: 미래모빌리티 분야는 어떠한가요? What about the future mobility field?
Z: 미래모빌리티 분야세서는 도심항공교통 드론, 우주산업, 자율주행, 재사용배터리 분야의 기업수요와 더불어 지도교수 매칭을 통해서 인재양성과 기술개발이 이루어지고 있다.
지능형서비스 분야를 통해서는 제주 디지털 정책과 기업관점의 인재육성, 인공지능-빅데이터-디지털 트윈 등의 사업 육성을 기본 방향으로 사업이 진행 중이다.
In the future mobility sector, corporate demand in urban air transport drones, space industries, autonomous driving, and reusable batteries is being demanded, as well as talent training and technology development through the matching of supervisors.
Through the intelligent service sector, the project is underway in the basic direction of fostering businesses such as Jeju digital policy, human resources from the corporate perspective, and artificial intelligence, big data, and digital twins.
