Z: 1단계에서는 활주로(3200미터)와 계류장(44대), 여객터미널(16만7381평방미터), 화물터미널(6920평방미터) 등 필수시설이 조성된다. 여기에는 5조 4500억원의 사업비가 투입된다.
In the first stage, essential facilities such as runways (3200 meters), moorings (44 units), passenger terminals (167,381 square meters), and cargo terminals (6920 square meters) will be established.
The project cost of 5.45 trillion won will be invested in this.
A: 전체 사업비 6조 중에 5조가 필수시설에 투입되는 셈이군요.
So 5 trillion out of 6 trillion won will be put into essential facilities.
Z: 그리고 2단계로 상업, 문화시설 등이 들어선다. 여기에는 사업비 1조 4000억원이 투입될 예정이다.
And in the second stage, commercial and cultural facilities will be built.
1.4 trillion won will be spent on the project.
A: 하지만 기본계획에 대한 고시가 아직 이루어지지 않고 있다.
However, the notice of the basic plan has not been made yet.
Z: 국토부에서 조만간 기본계획 고시를 할 것이다. 그리고 제주지역 주민들의 의견도 수렴하는 과정을 거칠 예정이다. 현재는 국토부는 기본계획 고시를 앞두고 가칭 제주공항공사 설립에 따른 제주도청의 참여 여부, 공항 운영수익의 도민 환원과 현재 공항과 제2공항 간 역할 분담에 대해서 검토 중이다. 가칭 제주공항공사는 앞으로 공항 건설과 운영의 기능을 하게 될 것이다.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will announce the basic plan soon.
It will also go through a process of gathering opinions from Jeju residents.
Currently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is reviewing whether the Jeju Provincial Government will participate in the establishment of the tentatively named Jeju Airport Corporation, the return of airport operating profits to residents, and the division of roles between the airport and the second airport. The tentatively named Jeju Airport Corporation will function as the airport's construction and operation in the future.
A: 제주 제2공항이 정치적 논리로 다루어져서는 안되는데, 참으로 민감한 이슈다 보니, 모두의 관심사이다.
Jeju Airport 2 should not be treated with political logic, but it is a sensitive issue, so it is everyone's concern.
Z: 기본계획이 고시되면 민간투자유치, 토지거래 활성화 등 경제에 초점을 두고 사업이 추진되어야 할 것이다.
When the basic plan is announced, the project should be carried out with a focus on the economy, such as attracting private investment and revitalizing land transactions.
A: 총 사업비 협의가 마무리되었고, 두 개의 단계로 나누어 추진하는 방향도 잡혔다.
이른 시일 내에 기본계획이 고시되길 바란다.
The consultation on the total project cost has been completed, and the direction of the project has been divided into two stages. I hope that the basic plan will be announced as soon as possible.
