정원산업을 위해서 어떤 정책이 추진되는 것인가요?

What policies are being pursued for the garden industry?
Z:제주도청은 제주의 자연환경을 활용해서 정원산업을 육성하기 위해 정원문화 조성 및 진흥에 관한 조례안 제정을 추진하게 된다.
The Jeju Provincial Government will promote the enactment of the ordinance on the creation and promotion of garden culture to foster the garden industry by utilizing Jeju's natural environment.
A: 제주의 정원산업을 법제화하는 작업을 하고 있는 거군요.
It is working on legislating the garden industry in Jeju.
Z: 이 조례안은 정원과 관련한 각종 용어를 명시하게 된다. 그리고 주제 정원의 종류를 곶자왈 자연자원, 오름자연정원, 목장정원, 한뼘정원 등으로 구분하게 된다.
여기에 제주도청의 책무와 정원진흥 실시계획 수립과 시행, 정원문화 확산을 위한 지원 근거조항도 담게된다.
This ordinance specifies various terms related to gardens.
And the types of subject gardens are divided into Gotjawal Natural Resources,
Orum Natural Garden, Ranch Garden, and Tiny Garden.
It will also include the responsibilities of the Jeju Provincial Government, the establishment and implementation of an implementation plan for garden promotion, and provisions on the basis of support for the spread of garden culture.
A: 법제화를 통해서 정원산업을 체계화시키고 산업화 시켜나가는 작업을 제주도청이 하는 것이네요.
The Jeju Provincial Government is doing the work of systematizing and industrializing the garden industry through legislation.
Z: 이 조례안은 민간정원 개방과 시민정원사 양성을 위한 교육과정 운영, 정원문화 진흥을 위한 위원회 설치와 구성에 대해서도 규정하고 있다.
This ordinance also stipulates the opening of private gardens, the operation of curriculum for training citizen gardeners, and the establishment and composition of committees to promote garden culture.
