Z: 이 프로젝트에는 총3098억원이 투입된다. 기간은 2031년까지이다.
이를 위해서 제주국제자유도시개발센터는 조만간 사업 타당성 용역을 발주할 계획이다.
이 외에도 칼호텔 건물과 부지 매입비용을 마련하기 위해서 국토교통부의 도시혁신지구 공모에 참여할 계획이다.
A total of 309.8 mil USD will be invested in this project. The period is until 2031.
The Jeju Free International City Development Center plans to order a project feasibility service soon.
In addition, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport plans to participate in the city innovation district contest to pay for the purchase of Kal Hotel buildings and sites.

Z: 공모에 선정되면 국비 250억원 등 총400억원을 확보할 수 있게 된다. 또 추가로 필요한 예산은 센터 자체 사업비로 마련할 방침이다.
If selected for the contest, it will be able to secure a total of 40 mil USD, including 25 mil USD in state funds. Additionally, the center plans to provide additional budget for its own projects.

Z: 몬드라곤대학은 공과대학과 경영대학, 인문대학, 요리과학대학으로 유명한 스페인의 대학교이다.
캠퍼스에서 공부하는 일반적인 형태가 아닌 세계 도시를 한학기씩 돌아다니며 공부하고, 현지 기업 실습에 참여하는 독특한 수업방식을 갖고 있다.
스페인 몬드라곤대학 아시아캠퍼스본부 유치에도 어느정도 협의가 이루어지고 있다.
The University of Mondragon is a Spanish university famous for its engineering, business, humanities, and culinary sciences.
It is not a general form of studying on campus, but has a unique teaching method in which students travel around the world for a semester to study and participate in local corporate practice.
There is also some consultation on attracting the Asian Campus headquarters of the University of Mondragon in Spain.

Z: 한진그룹 계열사인 칼네트워크는 올해 3월 국제자유도시센터와 면담을 갖은바 있다.
이때 칼호텔 매각 의향을 밝히기도 했다. 칼호텔 매각을 위해서 양측이 제시한 감정평가액의 평균가격을 산정하는 방식을 검토중에 있다. 센터가 적극적인 인수 의사를 보일 경우 연말에는 매각 협상이 이루어질 것으로 전망하고 있다.
