Z: 그린키 자원순환 거버넌스는 친환경 경영을 위한 플랫폼 역할을 할 계획에 있다.
예로 친환경 경영을 위한 환경 크레딧(인센티브)이라든가, 친환경 박람회에 참가를 한다던가, 탄소 절감 사례를 공유하는 등 여러 가지 프로그램들을 운영하며 민관협력체계를 구축한다는 계획이다.
Greenkey Resource Circulation Governance is planning to serve as a platform for eco-friendly management.
For example, it plans to establish a public-private cooperation system by operating various programs such as environmental credits(incentives) for eco-friendly management, participating in eco-friendly fairs, and sharing carbon-saving cases.
A: 제주가 추진하는 2035 무탄소 도시라든가, 2040 플라스틱제로 등 여러정책들과도 맞물리는 부분이 있어 보인다.
It seems to be in line with various policies such as Jeju's 2035 carbon-free city and 2040 plastic zero.
Z: 특히 제주가 중점적으로 추진하고 있는 2040 플라스틱제로 제주 달성을 위한 자발적인 친환경 경영 확산을 중점 추진한다.
In particular, Jeju will focus on expanding voluntary eco-friendly management to achieve Jeju with the 2040 plastic system.
A: 민간 기업에서는 친환경 경영에 적극적으로 참여하는 계획이 주요 골자다. 그럼 관인 제주도청의 역할은 어떻게 되나요?

Z: 제주도청은 거버넌스 활동을 홍보하고 그린키 획득 유지와 확산 지원에 나설 계획이다.
The Jeju Provincial Government plans to promote governance activities and support the acquisition and spread of green keys.
A: 제주도에 그린키 인증을 받은 업체는 총 몇 곳이죠?
How many companies have received green key certification in Jeju Island?
Z: 총9곳이다. 금번에 8곳이 인증을 받았고, 기존에 인증을 받은 곳은 머큐어앰배서더 제주이다.
전국에는 36곳이 인증을 받았다.
There are nine places in total. Eight have been certified this time, and the one that has been certified before is Mercure Ambassador Jeju.
Thirty-six places across the country have been certified.
A: 그렇군요. 그리고 이렇게 민간사업체들이 그린키 인증을 받을 수 있도록 제주도청이 적극 지원해 줄 예정이고요.
I see. And the Jeju Provincial Government will actively support private businesses so that they can get green key certifications.
Z: 제주도청은 2022년부터 예산 11억원을 투입해서 제주관광공사와 공동으로 관광분야 자원순환 프로그램을 전국 최초로 개발한 바 있다. 도내 12개 숙박업체에 친환경 맞춤형 컨설팅을 실시하고 있다.
The Jeju Provincial Government has developed the nation's first tourism resource circulation program jointly with the Jeju Tourism Organization with a budget of 1 mil dollars from 2022.
It provides eco-friendly and customized consulting to 12 accommodation companies in the province.
A: 제주가 그린키 인증을 받은 제주도내 숙박업체들과 구성한 ‘자원순환 거버넌스’.
