특히 2035 탄소중립 계획과 연계한 선제적 대응 차원에서도 민자유치는 시급해 보인다.

Z: 제주도청은 최근 기업 입지로 활용이 가능한 부지를 조사해서 데이터베이스로 구축해 놓았다. 그 규모는 726개 필지로 995만 평방미터 면적의 부지이다.
제주도는 해당 자료를 토대로 투자유치 기업별로 맞춤형 기업 후보지를 제시해서 건축과 인허가 등 관련 행정 절차를 지원할 계획에 있다.

그리고 제도마련과 운영의 효율화로 투자 인센티브도 정비할 계획이다.
