A: 제주의 산업구조상 제조업은 매우 적은 비중을 차지하고 있다.
대부분 관광을 중심으로 한 3차산업이 주를 이룬다.
그래도 1차 산업은 20% 안팎이다.
Due to the industrial structure of Jeju, manufacturing industry accounts for a small proportion.
Most of them are tertiary industries centered on tourism.
Still, the primary industry is around 20%.
Z: 농업에서는 감귤을 중심으로 한 과수분야가 매우 중요하다.
서귀포시청이 ICT 시설 장비를 농업과 접목시키고자 하는 노력을 하고 있다.
이를 통해서 노동력도 절감하고 고품질의 과수를 생산하고자 함이다.
In agriculture, the fruit field centered on citrus fruits is very important.
Seogwipo City Hall is making efforts to incorporate ICT facility equipment into agriculture.
Through this, it is intended to reduce labor and produce high-quality fruit trees.
A: 언제부터 실시하는 사업이죠? When does this policy start?
Z: 2025년부터 과수분야 스마트팜 확산사업을 서귀포시청이 추진한다.
이를 위해서 서귀포시청은 7월 내 농가별로 신청을 받고 있는 중이다.
Seogwipo City Hall will push for a smart farm expansion project in the fruit tree sector from 2025.
To conduct this policy, Seogwipo City Hall is accepting applications for each farm in July.
A: 신청을 하게되면 어떤 혜택이 주어지나요?
What are the benefits of applying?
Z: 보조금을 지원 받게 된다.
지원비율은 설비시설 보조금 50%, 융자 30%, 자기부담비율은 20%이다.
하지만 농가당 사업비 상한 기준이 정해졌다.
2억원이다. 센서 및 영상, 제어장비 및 정보시스템은 필수 사항으로 포함되어 있다.
농가 선택에 따라서 ICT 연계를 위해서 필요한 시설이나 장비도 지원하고 있다.
The farmers will receive a subsidy.
The support rate is 50% for facility subsidies, 30% for loans, and 20% for self-payment.
However, the upper limit of business costs per farm has been set.
It is approx. 200,000 dollars.
Sensors and imaging, control equipment, and information systems are included as essentials.
Depending on the choice of farms, facilities and equipment necessary for ICT linkage are also supported.
A: ICT분야와 연계된 시설이라는게 어떤 것들이 있나요?
What are the facilities related to the ICT field?
Z: ICT 장비와 연계된 시설들은 관수 및 관비시설, 보온커튼, 무인방제, 자도개폐기, 환풍기 등이 있다.
Facilities linked to ICT equipment include irrigation and government facilities, thermal curtains, unmanned control systems, self-opening and closing machines, and ventilators.
