Z: 제주에 이전하거나 또는 투자를 희망하는 기업들의 입지를 확보하기 위해서 기업입지로 활용 가능한 부지를 조사하고 DB로 구축하고 있다.

How much sites of lands have been researched for Data Base?
Z: 현재까지 구축된 기업 입지 데이터베이스는 총 726개 필지에 995만 평방미터에 달한다.
이러한 데이터가 나오기 까지 제주도청은 국공유지와 법인이나 단체가 소유한 토지, 혹은 마을회가 소유한 토지 등 확보가 용이한 토지와 함께 도로 연접지로 3천평방미터 이상의 큰 토지들을 대상으로 검토한 결과이다.
The corporate location database established to date covers a total of 726 lots and covers 9.95 million square meters.
This is the outcome of research that the Jeju Provincial Government reviewed large lands of more than 3,000 square meters as road connections, along with land that is easy to secure, such as public land, land owned by corporations or organizations, or land owned by village associations.
A: 데이터베이스가 구축되면 그 부지들을 바로 기업유치에 활용할 수 있는 것인가요?

Z: 제주도청은 DB를 활용해서 투자 유치 기업별로 맞춤형 입지 후보지를 제시할 예정이다. 그리고 건축 인허가 등 관련 행정절차도 지원한다.
The Jeju Provincial Government plans to use the DB to present customized location candidates for each investment attraction company.
