The main content is to build a complex landmark building on a 30,000-square-meter site in the original city center.

Z: 국제업무시설과 국제문화시설 그리고 복합상업시설들이 들어간다.
개발센터도 본사를 글로벌교류허브 랜드마크 건물로 이전할 의향을 보이고 있다.
International business facilities, international cultural facilities, and complex commercial facilities are included.
The Jeju Free International City Development Center is also willing to relocate its headquarters to the Global Exchange Hub landmark building.
