A: 제주가 그린수소산업 선도를 위해서 차량 도입 계획을 수립한 것으로 알고 있다.
As far as I know, Jeju has established a plan to introduce vehicles to lead the green hydrogen industry.
Z: 2030년까지 수소버스 300대를 도입하고 도내 청소차 303대 중 200대를 수소 청소차로 교체를 목표로 하고 있다. 그리고 수소트램 7대를 신교통수단으로 도입할 예정이다.
By 2030, 300 hydrogen buses will be introduced and 200 out of 303 cleaning cars in the province will be replaced with hydrogen cleaning cars.
And 7 hydrogen trams will be introduced as new means of transportation.
A: 이 외에도 공적 영역에서 그린수소 차량들이 등록된 것으로 알고 있다.
In addition, there are green hydrogen vehicles which are registered in the public sector.
Z: 34대의 수소차량이 업무용이나 자가용으로 등록을 마친 상태이다.
하지만 검사소가 없어서 수소차를 배로 실어 날라 부산이나 울산, 광주에서 검사를 받고 있다.
Thirty-four hydrogen vehicles have been registered for business or private use.
However, because there is no testing center, hydrogen cars are transported by ship and are being tested in Busan, Ulsan, and Gwangju.
A: 아무리 인구가 적고, 섬이라는 특수성이 있다고는 하나, 무탄소의 섬을 지향하는 제주에 수소차량 검사소가 없다는 건 말이 안된다.
No matter how small the population is and how unique the island is, it doesn't make sense that Jeju, which aims for a carbon-free island, doesn't have a hydrogen vehicle inspection center.
Z: 그동안 교통안전공단은 2년 전부터 그린수소 안전센터 건립을 추진해 왔다.
장비와 시설를 포함해서 국비 100억원이 투입되는 큰 사업이다.
이 안전센터는 수소차 뿐 아니라 전기차를 비롯한 천연가스 버스 등 무공해 차량을 검사할 수 있는 안전센터로 만들고자 하는 사업이다.
Until now, the Korea Transportation Safety Authority has been pushing for the construction of a green hydrogen safety center since two years ago.
It is a large project with 10 billion won in state funds, including equipment and facilities.
This safety center is a project to make it a safety center that can inspect pollution-free vehicles such as electric vehicles and natural gas buses.
A: 2년이나 지났는데 왜 검사소를 아직까지 건립하지 못하고 있는 것인가요?
Why hasn't the inspection center been established yet after 2 years?
Z: 검사소 부지를 확보하지 못했다.
사실 국가의 예산지원도 확보한 상황이다.
국토교통부는 제주도가 부지를 마련하면 국비 100%를 지원하기로 했다.
The site of the inspection center was not secured.
In fact, the state's budget support has also been secured.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has decided to provide 100% of the state funds when Jeju Island establishes the site.
A: 확보해야 하는 부지는 어느 정도이지요? How much land does it need to secure?
Z: 제주도는 수소차 검사소 부지 10,000평방미터를 2년째 확보하지 못하고 있다.
Jeju has not secured 10,000 square meters of hydrogen vehicle inspection site for the second year.
A: 아쉽다. 부지를 확보하지 못해서 안전센터 건립을 위한 100억원의 국비를 지원받지 못하고 있다니.
What a shame. Jeju can't get 10 billion won in state funding to build a safety center because Jeju couldn't secure the site.
Z: 제주에 수소차 검사소는 당연히 필요한 시설이다.
하지만 부지확보가 쉽지 않다.
Of course, the hydrogen car test center in Jeju is a necessary facility.
However, it is not easy to secure the site.
A: 제주가 무공해 차량 안전센터 즉 검사소와 같은 인프라를 확충해 나감으로써 무탄소도시라는 비전을 잘 달성하길 기대해 본다.
I hope Jeju will achieve its vision of a carbon-free city by expanding infrastructure such as a pollution-free vehicle safety center, or inspection center.
