I understand that the plan to establish Hanwha Space Center in Jeju is being pursued.
Z: 2023년 7월 제주와 한화시스템은 업무협약을 체결하고 탐라대학교 부지에 한화우주센터를 설립한다.
In July 2023, Jeju Government and Hanwha System signed a business agreement.
Based on this agreement the location is selected. It will be established on the site of Tamna University.
A: 가칭 하원테크노캠퍼스 조성이 추진되고 있다.
The creation of tentatively named House Techno Campus is being promoted.

Z: 한화그룹 계열사인 한화호텔엔드리조트가 제주에 호텔리조트 단지를 조성을 추진 중이다.
제주시 애월읍 일대에 대규모 관광단지 조성을 위해서 도시관리계획 사전입지검토를 제주도청에 신청한 것이다. 2024년 2월 1일.
부지면적은 129만평방미터 규모이다.
이제 제주도청은 도시계획위원회를 통해서 사전 입지 타당성 검토를 진행할 계획이다.
Hanwha Hotel End Resort, an affiliate of Hanwha Group, is seeking to build a hotel resort complex in Jeju.
In order to create a large-scale tourist complex in Aewol-eup, Jeju-si,
the Jeju Provincial Government has applied for the Pre-Location Review of Urban Management plan. February 1, 2024.
The site area is 1.29 million square meters.
Now, the Jeju Provincial Government plans to conduct a preliminary feasibility review through the Urban Planning Committee.
A: 한화그룹이 대규모 관광개발사업에도 참여하고 있는 것이군요.
하지만 제주의 대규모 관광개발사업 추진은 많이 꺾였다. 환경문제와 자본문제 등 잡음이 많다.

There are many things to be reviewed, such as the location of the planned development site, groundwater issues, and environmental pollution.
