Z: 제주도는 바이오산업육성 종합계획을 발표한바 있다.
A: 제주는 천혜의 자연을 바탕으로 한 청정자원을 보유한 섬이다.
이러한 청정자원을 활용한 바이오산업을 육성할수 있는 큰 장점이 있다.
Z: 제주도청이 중소벤처기업부 공모사업에 선정되었다.
앞으로 청정바이오 분야에서 시험검사 장비들을 새롭게 구축해 나갈 예정이다.
A: 축하한다. 현재 제주에 있는 바이오산업과 연관된 장비들과 인프라들을 새로운 신규 장비로 구축할 수 있는 것이군요. 중앙정부로부터 지원을 받아서 말이죠.
Z: 그렇다. 제주는 ‘2025년 테크노파크 생산장비 고도화 지원사업’에 선정되었다.
총 사업비 9억 8천만원을 투입할 예정이다. 국비와 지방비가 5:5로 투입된다.
이는 제주테크노파크가 보유한 장비 중에서 중소기업들이 공동으로 활용가능한 노후 자비들의 기능을 개선시키고, 또 신규 장비 구입 등에 쓰일 예정이다.
A: 시험검사 장비들은 총 어느 정도 규모로 지원받을 수 있는 것이죠?
Z: 제주테크노파크는 시험검사 장비들은 총 19종 26개를 도입할 예정이다.
이를 통해 제주도내 공공형 연구개발의 산실 역할을 톡톡히 해낼 것이다.
A: 요즘은 바이오산업이 매우 중요한 사업으로서 가치사슬이 매우 커지고 있는 산업이기도 하다.
Z: 특히 이번 지원사업 예산은 바이오산업 벨류체인 강화에 쓰일 것이다. 그리고 식품과 화장품 생산 제품의 시험검사 기능도 강화해 나갈 것이다.
이에 더해서 제품 안전성을 평가 분석하고, 바이오 소재 효능원료 지표와 유효성분을 기술분석할 수 있는 고도화 장비도 새롭게 구축해 나갈 예정이다.
A: 분석과 기술을 위한 장비도 중요하지만 교육과 연계한 인재양성도 매우 중요하다.
Z: 그렇다. 기업들의 수요에 맞춰서 분석의뢰를 수행하고, 교육장비와 연계해서 기업지원도 강화해 나갈 것이다.
A: 이번 공모사업 선정으로 제주테크노파크는 청정바이오제품 시험검사 시스템을 고도화해 나갈 수 있겠네요.
Z: 그뿐이겠는가. 기업들의 애로사항도 해소하고 제주도내 바이오 기업의 제품 신뢰도를 높이는 효과도 기대하고 있다.
A: 모든게 장비빨이라는 이야기가 있다. 바이오 산업도 장비 고도화 사업을 통해서 자체적으로 연구시설을 확보하기 어려운 제주도내 중소기업들에게 첨단 장비를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Z: 그리되면 제품품질과 안전성을 높일수 있다. 그리고 청정바이오 제품의 품질보증 체계 구축을 통해서 제주 기업들의 국제경쟁력도 확보하고 시장 확대도 해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

Z: The Jeju Provincial Government has been selected for the public offering project of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
In the future, we plan to build new test and inspection equipment in the field of clean bio.
A: Congratulations. It can build new equipment and infrastructure related to the bio-industry in Jeju with new equipment, with the support of the central government.
Z: Yes, Jeju was selected for the "2025 Technopark Production Equipment Advancement Support Project".
A total of 980 million KRW will be invested in the project. National and local budget will be spent 5:5.
Among the equipment owned by Jeju Techno Park, it will be used to improve the functions of old people who can be used jointly by small and medium-sized companies and to purchase new equipment.
A: How large can it get the test and inspection equipment in total?
Z: Jeju Techno Park will introduce a total of 26 test and inspection equipment of 19 types.
Through this, it will serve as a birthplace & base for public-type R&D in Jeju Island.

Z: In particular, the budget for this support project will be used to strengthen the bio-industry value chain. It will also strengthen the test and inspection function of food and cosmetics products.
In addition, we plan to establish new advanced equipment that can evaluate and analyze product safety and technical analysis of biomaterial efficacy raw material indicators and active ingredients.
A: Equipment for analysis and technology is important, but training human resources linked to education is also very important.
Z: Yes, It will conduct analysis requests according to the needs of companies and strengthen corporate support in connection with educational equipment.
A: With the selection of this public offering project, Jeju Techno Park will be able to upgrade its clean bio product test and inspection system.
Z: That's not all. It is also expected to solve difficulties of companies and increase the product reliability of bio companies in Jeju Island.
A: There is a saying that everything is equipment. The bio industry will also be able to provide high-tech equipment to small and medium-sized enterprises in Jeju Island, where it is difficult to secure their own research facilities through the equipment upgrading project.
Z: Then we can increase the product quality and safety. In addition, by establishing a quality guarantee system for clean bio products, Jeju companies will be able to secure international competitiveness and expand their markets.
