A: 요즘 봄철이라 한라산 등반객도 많다. 철쭉을 볼 수 있는 계절이다.
그러고보면 한라산은 4계절내내 다양한 모습을 선사한다.
봄이면 철쭉 가을이면 단풍, 겨울이면 설경.

Z: 한라산정상탐방은 사전예약을 통해서만 가능하다.
이를 시행한지는 5년이 되어간다. 하지만 이 탐방예약제에 대한 제도개선이 추진된다.
The top tour of Hallasan Mountain is only possible through advance reservation.

Z: 한라산 탐방예약제는 탐방객 수를 적정하게 조절해서 한라산의 자연환경을 보호하고 탐방객의 안전을 도모하고자 도입되었다.
The Hallasan Tour Reservation System was introduced to protect Hallasan's natural environment and promote the safety of visitors by properly controlling the number of visitors.

A: 하루 1000명인가요?  코스에 따라 다르죠?
Is it 1000 people a day? It depends on the course, right?

Z: 성판악은 하루 1000명. 관음사 탐방로는 하루 500명만 예약을 통해 이용이 가능했다.
어리목과 영실 돈내코 코스 등 나머지 탐방로는 예약없이 등반 가능하다.
Sungpanak is available for 1,000 people a day. Only 500 people made reservations for the Gwaneum Temple trail per day.
The rest of the trails, such as Eomok and Yeongsil Donnaeko courses, can be climbed without reservation.

A: 하지만 정상인 백록담까지는 오를 수는 없는 코스이다.
결국 하루 1500명만 허용하고 있다. 정상까지 탐방은.
But you can't go up to Baekrokdam, which is the top.
In the end, only 1,500 people are allowed to visit the summit every day.


Z: 사실 제주도청은 그동안 계속 제도개선을 해왔다.
예약노쇼에 따른 패널티, 1인당 예약 가능 인원 조정, 등정인증서 발급절차 개선 등

제주도청은 3월부터 탐방예약제에 대한 도민들의 인식조사를 진행했다.
이를 통해 예약제의 운영효과와 필요성, 개선사항, 제주경제 파급효과도 종합적으로 파악하고 있다.

플로깅과 체험학습, 수학여행을 목적으로 할시 평일에 한해서 최대 200명까지 성판악과 관음사 코스를 탐방할 수 있다.
