Z: 제주가 미래형 교통체계를 구축할 계획이다. 교통수단도 구축한다.
제주도청은 2025년 교통분야에 총 2776억원의 예산을 투입한다.

Z: 2025년 올해 4월까지 완공될 계획이다. 5월에 BRT가 개통된다. 국내 최초로 섬(island)식 정류장 6곳이 설치된다. 그리고 양문형 저상 버스도 100대나 도입될 예정이다.

Six island-style stations will be installed for the first time in Korea. In addition, 100 double-door low-floor buses will be introduced.

Z: 양문형 버스는 섬(island)방식 정류장에서 왼쪽 탑승구를 이용하고 기존 정류장에서는 일반 버스처럼 오른쪽 앞뒤 출입구로 타고 내리게 된다.
대중교통 이동속도를 높이고 스케줄에 맞추어 버스가 운영될 것이다.

Z: 서광로가 1차 시범사업이라면 올해 7월부터 12월까지 다른 구간에 추가로 조성될 계획이다.
구간은 국립박물관에서 광양사거리 구간이다.
If Seogwang-ro is the first pilot project, it is planned to be built in another section from July to December this year. The section is from the National Museum to Gwangyang Intersection.

A: BRT 2단계 사업은 언제 추진되나요?
When will the second phase of the BRT project be carried out?

Z: BRT 2단계 사업은 2027년부터 2029년이다. 그리고 3단계 사업은 2029년부터 2032년이다.
The BRT Phase 2 project is from 2027 to 2029. The 3rd phase of the project is from 2029to 2032.

A: 미래교통수단으로 수소트램을 도입할 계획인 것으로 알고 있다. As far as I know, we are planning to introduce hydrogen tram as a means of transportation in the future.

Z: 수소트램은 2025년내 도시철도망 구축계획과 더불어 추진된다. 국토교통부 승인도 금년내 기대된다.

Z: 2030년 도입을 목표로 하고 있다.
2028년부터 기본 및 실시설계가 시행될 예정으로 있다.
이 과정에서 제주형 BRT 고급화 계획노선과 도시철도망 간선과 지선 노선 간을 검토하게 된다. 그러면 정거장 입지 선정 기준이 마련되고 배치계획이 수립된다.

A: 디지털 대전환 정책과 대중교통 정책은 어떤 방식으로 연계될 예정인가요?

Z: 택시요금에 디지털 결제 시스템을 도입한다. 제주공항 택시 스마트 시스템도 구축된다.
대중교통 노선을 체계적으로 관리하고 탑승객들의 불편을 해소하기 위해서 빅데이터 기반 버스 노선관리 프로그램도 구축된다.

A: 사실 버스요금 결제는 QR로 진행되는 방식은 이미 2024년 8월에 도입되었다.

그리고 교통복지도 확대된다.
