A: 제주가 탄소중립을 위한 에너지 대전환 이후 디지털 대전환도 선언한 바 있다.

A: 농업분야에도 디지털분야와 에너지분야가 접목되는 것이군요.

Z: 제주도는 2025년 농업과 축산, 식품분야에 총2,172억원의 예산을 투입할 예정이다.
디저털 농업 구축을 위한 농업실태 전수조사를 비롯하여 제주특화 임대형 스마트팜 조성에 예산이 투입되는 것이다.
Jeju Island will spend a total of 217.2 billion KRW on agriculture, livestock, and food in 2025.
The budget will be invested in the creation of Jeju-special rental smart farms, including a full survey of agricultural conditions to build digital agriculture.

A: 제주가 미래농업을 위해서 선제적으로 인프라 구축에 역량을 집중하고 있군요.
2025년 농업분야 예산의 쓰임새를 구체적으로 구분해 달라.

Z: 먼저 농업경영 지원과 농가부채 경감 등 농가경제 안정화에 1,479억원이 투자된다.
투자계획을 살펴보자.
제주농산물 수급관리센터 운영과 소규모 농가경영안정 지원, 농민수당, 그리고 지역농어촌진흥기금 융자 이차보전, 여성농업인 지원사업, 사회적 농업 추진 등의 사업에 총 911억원이 투자된다.
이 사업들은 농업인들의 삶의 질을 향상시키고, 새로운 농가 소득을 창출할 수 있는 초석이 될 것이다.
First, 147.9 billion KRW will be invested in stabilizing the farm economy, such as supporting agricultural management and reducing farm debt.
Let's look at the investment plan.
A total of 9.1 billion KRW will be invested in projects such as the operation of the Jeju Agricultural Products Supply and Demand Management Center, support for small-scale farm management, farmers' allowances, and secondary preservation of loans from local farming and fishing villages promotion funds, support projects for female farmers, and social agriculture.
These projects will be a cornerstone to improve the quality of life of farmers and generate new farm income.

A: 농업분야도 정책적으로 미래성장 산업화를 향해 나아가고 있군요.
The agricultural sector is also moving toward industrialization of future growth in policy.

Z: 그리고 친환경 농산물 소비촉진 지원에도 예산이 투입된다.
친환경 농업 확대를 통해서 지속가능한 농업 환경 보전에도 힘쓸 예정이다.
예산은 104억원이 투입된다.

A: 무엇보다 안정적인 농가소득, 즉 안정적인 농가경영도 중요할 것이다.

Z: 물론이다. 이를 위해서 제주농업인력지원센터와 농촌인력중개센터 운영, 청년농업인 육성지원, 농작물 재해보험 등에도 285억원이 투자된다.
이를 통해서 영농 인력 수급을 확대하고 안정적인 농가경영을 지원하게 된다.

A: 농업분야는 기후와 밀접한 관계가 있다. 기후변화와 관련하여 대응하는 예산은 어떻게 되는가?

Z: 기후변화에 대응하고 안정적 영농환경을 조성하기 위해 도농업용수 통합 광역화를 추진하고, 노후관로 정비사업에도 179억원이 투입된다. 이 외에도 1)농식품산업 미래산업 견인을 위한 기획 생산-소비 체계 구축,  2) 고품질감귤 생산기반 및 기상변화 대응 재해예방시설 확충,
제주농산물 통합물류 및 소비촉진 홍보,
3) 저탄소 디지털 전환을 통해서 제주축산의 혁신을 꾀한다.

1) the establishment of a planned production-consumption system to drive the agricultural and food industry into the future industry,
2) Expanding the production base of high-quality tangerines and disaster prevention facilities in response to weather changes,
Promoting the integrated logistics and consumption of Jeju agricultural products,
3) It seeks to innovate Jeju Livestock through low-carbon digital transformation.

A: 제주가 에너지 대전환과 디지털 대전환을 농축산식품분야에 접목해서 제주농업의 새로운 대도약을 기대해 본다.
