Z: 제주특별자치도가 국내에서는 최초로 그린수소 상업 판매를 시작하고 있다.
Jeju Province is starting commercial sales of green hydrogen for the first time in Korea.

A: 제주야말로 그린수소의 1번지라고 할 수 있다. 언제부터 상업적인 판매가 시작되었죠?
Jeju is the No. 1 green hydrogen destination. When did commercial sales start?

Z: 2024년 11월 1일이다. 제주도청은 11월 1일부터 조천읍 함덕리에 있는 그린수소 충전소에서 수소차량용 그린수소를 상업적으로 판매한다고 밝혔다.
It is Nov. 1, 2024. The Jeju Provincial Government said it will commercially sell green hydrogen for hydrogen vehicles at a green hydrogen charging station in Hamdeok-ri, Jocheon-eup, from Nov. 1.

A: 판매를 한다면 금액을 받는다는 것안데, 가격은 얼마인가요?
Selling means paying from the customers.  how much is it?

Z: 그린수소 판매 가격을 kg당 부가세포함 15,000원이다.
이 가격은 제주도 수소경제위원회가 확정한 가격이다.
세부내역을 살펴보자.
그린수소 1kg에는 재료비와 인건비, 경비, 운송비를 포함하고 있다.
이러한 여러 가지 사항들을 고려한 결과 2025년 kg당 그린수소 생산가격은 19,800원으로 추산되었다.
여기에 제주도청이 kg당 4,800원을 지원하기로 하면서 15,000원이라는 가격이 결정되었다.
The selling price of green hydrogen is 15,000 KRW(approx. 11-12 USD) per kg, including VAT.
This price is determined by the hydrogen economy committee of Jeju Island.
Let's look at the details.
1 kilogram of green hydrogen includes material costs, labor costs, expenses, and transportation costs.
As a result of considering these various matters, the production price of green hydrogen per kg in 2025 was estimated at 19,800 KRW.
On top of that, the Jeju Provincial Government decided to provide 4,800 KRW per kg, and the price of 15,000 KRW was decided.

A: 이러한 상업판매 가격을 산정할 때는 현재 운행되고 있는 공영버스들의 연료 비용들도 감안할 필요가 있어 보인다.
When calculating these commercial sales prices, it seems necessary to take into account the fuel costs of the public buses that are currently operating.

Z: 제주도는 현재 운영 중인 버스의 연료와 운영비용을 비교해서 판매 가격을 책정했다.
Jeju gov’t has set a sales price by comparing the fuel and operating costs of the current bus.

A: 연료에 따른 버스별 요금은 어떻게 다른지 설명해 달라.
Please explain how the fare varies by bus depending on energy.

Z: 연료별 버스의 km당 요금을 살펴보자.
그린수소는 679원, 경유는 642원이다.
전기는 316원으로 그린수소가 2배 이상 비싼 수준이다.
Let's look at the fare per km of buses by fuel.
Green hydrogen costs 679 KRW and diesel costs 642 KRW.
Electricity is 316 KRW, which is more than twice as expensive as green hydrogen.
